The learning world draws on the real working environment. Interactive 3D models, animations, robotics and elements of gamification make digitalisation tangible. A virtual assistant guides employees through the content. Experiencing and applying what they learn supports transfer to everyday work.
The company-wide programme addresses different employee groups and provides shared access to the fundamentals and opportunities of digital transformation. Close cooperation between the company and i40 connects subject expertise, instructional design and interactive learning.
The innovative 3D learning world took first place and was recognised as eLearning Project of the Year 2023.
