Philipp Ramin ist CEO des Forschungs-, Schulungs- und Beratungsunternehmens Innovationszentrum für Industrie 4.0 sowie Initiator des führenden i4.0 Portals www.i40.de. Das Zentrum i40 unterhält Standorte in Deutschland, Österreich, Schweden und Singapur.
Er beschäftigt sich mit Digitalisierung vor allem aus internationaler Perspektive und im Bereich des Mittelstands. Zudem forscht er zu digitalen Geschäftsmodellen an der Universität Regensburg und ist stellv. Geschäftsführer des Münchner Kreis.

Peter studied Business and Entrepreneurship at the Växjö University and wrote his Master Thesis in Vietnam in 1997. After, he worked as Chief Operations Manager at the Malmo IKEA location and the IKEA trading department. He was responsible for the purchasing of plastic products from Sweden, Denmark and the Baltics.
In 2005, Peter began offering purchasing training in Malmo, Vasjo, Varberg and Sungsvall in collaboration with the Nordic Business Institute.
Between 2010 and 2013 Peter worked for ATEC of Sweden AB in Vaxjo. The company is owned by an Asian group and produces plastic products for IKEA, among others.
Anston graduated from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore in 1999 and has been active in production for more than 15 years. During this time, he was involved in the planning and construction of environmentally-friendly factories for mold production, the development and sale of various equipment, the design and implementation of automated production cells and the optimization of production processes.
Throughout this, he was involved in the construction of highly-efficient factories, with the application of innovative management and production technologies, which supply Sweden’s largest furniture producer with plastic products. Alongside his technical expertise, Anston has extensive knowledge in management and the optimization of companies, with focus on strategy and corporate development, vendor management as well as human resource training and development.
